Our application for the site known as Former Imperial House, 67 Alma Road, Windsor has now been received by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council’s Planning Team.

Following your feedback, our proposals include:

  • Delivery of new homes to satisfy local demand for both extra care and build to rent housing
  • Creation of new jobs and training, both during the construction phase and in the long term
